When will I receive my order?
Can I return my item/get a refund?
All orders placed, unless broken or damaged in transit, are non-refundable. If by chance your item
is damaged in the mail, we are happy to send a brand new one your way!
How are your items shipped?
Our art prints are shipped in either a flat, sturdy envelope.
Our coffee mugs are shipped in a sturdy cardboard box with bubble wrap for extra protection.
Tea towels and notepads are shipped in padded mailers.
All envelopes and packages are labeled with a big “Fresh Out of Ink” sticker.
Can I track my order?
Unfortunately, USPS First Class Mail does not come with tracking information.
If you choose to ship via USPS Priority Mail, tracking – though
sometimes inconsistent – is available.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales Tax is only collected on items shipped to a Texas address. All others are tax free.
What are your business hours?
We respond to emails and create and ship products Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
If you contact us outside of those hours, we’ll do our best to get back to you
as soon as possible.
